Join us for an interactive session. We'll provide coffee and technical expertise and discuss real-life HR scenarios agricultural employers face. These sessions are designed for generative learning and networking opportunities.

We will:

  • Navigate progressive discipline scenarios.
  • We will outline the essential steps to follow, ensuring the best possible outcomes and strongly supporting a "for cause" termination if necessary improvements are not made.
  • Equip you with practical strategies to handle disciplinary issues effectively and fairly.
