Leadership Training
Who: Supervisors and Crew Leaders
Course Time: 8 Hours
Equip your operations supervisors and crew leaders – for success. This training enhances management skills through role-playing, discussions on management theories, and practical exercises. Leaders will learn communication, motivation, cultural sensitivity, and goal alignment techniques. This program covers prompt problem-solving, disciplinary actions, and strategies for handling external influences.
Corrective Coaching
Who: Supervisors and Crew Leaders
Course Time: 2 Hours
Empower your crew leaders, supervisors, and foremen with the skills to identify when corrective action is needed and implement it effectively. This training provides practical guidance on setting clear expectations, fostering open communication, and ensuring accountability fairly and productively.
Participants will learn a structured approach to corrective action when employees fall short of organizational standards. The course includes real-world scenario discussions, allowing participants to share past challenges and receive expert coaching on best practices. Additionally, trainers will utilize the WAFLA Supervisor’s Leadership Guide as a key training tool to reinforce leadership principles and effective management strategies.

PRICING
$250 per hour, per trainer technical expertise.
+ $100 per hour, per trainer travel time.
In most cases, field staff will depart from the nearest WAFLA base. Any required hotel stay will be billed separately.
All-inclusive visa program participants receive a 20% discount. There will be no travel cost if the field staff is scheduled for an orientation or mid-season check-in.
