Worker conflicts and complaints are inevitable. The Harassment Hotline provides your workforce with a straightforward process for expressing their concerns to a neutral party BEFORE they escalate. You'll receive a report outlining the issue, and most conflicts can be resolved quickly in-house.
WHY
Providing employees with a safe place to express their concerns shows that you value your workforce and keeps disputes from escalating. You need a transparent process for responding to complaints about discrimination or harassment. This is laid out in your employee handbook. What if they go through the policy procedures and don't feel like their grievance was remedied correctly? The hotline offers another layer of grievance resolution before it graduates to an outside agency.

$500 – (1 to 99) peak season workforce

$800 – (100 to 499) peak season workforce
(25 Posters, 1,000 wallet cards)
$1,000 – (500 +) peak season workforce
(35 Posters, 2,000 wallet cards)
All-inclusive visa program participants receive a 20% discount.
