This hybrid event is offered as a public service and will be held on May 26, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. PST Speakers from Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Employment and Training Administration, and others will join the Wage and Hour Division in this discussion. This year's theme is “Protecting America’s Agriculture Workers.” Regional DOL leaders will discuss agricultural labor laws, impacts, and provide opportunities to hear from you on opportunities to work together to inform and educate workers and employers in the industry.
