Owner/HR – Labor & Employment Track (English)

Essential for agricultural employers, HR professionals, and managers, this session covers the evolving labor and employment laws for seasonal employers. Gain valuable insights and have your questions answered by top experts.  Highlights include legal updates and a takeaway booklet, I-9 updates, leave scenarios, harassment, discrimination, and reporting options, to name a few.

Supervisor/Crew Leaders - Leadership Skills (Spanish)

Equip your operations supervisors and crew leaders – for success. This track focuses on enhancing management skills through role-playing, discussions on management theories, and practical exercises. Leaders will learn communication, motivation, cultural sensitivity, and goal alignment techniques. This program covers prompt problem-solving, disciplinary actions, and strategies for handling external influences.

Workers - Training to the Worker Protection Standard (Spanish)

If you have employees working directly with or around pesticides, this workshop is an excellent opportunity for you to provide them with Accredited and Documented Training. All training is hands-on and directly administered by experienced WSDA trainers. Upon course completion, all participants will receive a WSDA Handler Card – no testing is required. Six WSDA Pesticide recertification credits will be available for licensed participants.
