Today wafla formally submitted public comments to the Washington State Employment Security Department in its rulemaking process associated with the WA Cares Act. Wafla believes nonimmigrant visa holders should receive automatic exemptions from paying premiums into this new state-run long-term care insurance program. A copy of our comments can be found here.
