Wafla comments on second draft of new L&I policy on wage ranges

Wafla offered comments on this latest version of administrative policy language from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries on the latest changes to the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. The Legislature amended that act to include a mandate that most employers provide the expected range of wages and benefits on each job announcement. L&I intends to implement this legislation via changes to its administrative policies. Our comments can be found here.
