Today wafla filed comments with the U.S. Department of Labor in opposition to almost all aspects of the agency's proposed rules, which would negatively impact farmers, workers, agricultural employment, and the H-2A program.  Our 28-page comments in response to DOL's 327 pages of proposed regulations can be found here.
